Energy Healing Experience: The Head Bashing

In another of my old saved emails about psychic experiences I've had, I found one I had forgotten about.

I had met with a new Reiki student.  As is customary, a healing session and Reiki Attunement is given to a new student before they begin their studies.  It is thought that this attunement passes on to them the wisdom and abilities of the Reiki master's that have come before them and prepares them for their journey of learning Reiki.

All seemed to go well.  The student was pleasant and we got along well.  This was the first time we had met as we had spoken by phone and via email.  She traveled from out of town for our visit.  In an email to a friend, I recounted my experience after the session:

After I left the office, I visited my mom for a bit and then dropped by Safeway...where, I once again saw my new student (twice in a day after never seeing her before in my life) and on the way out of the store, the gumball machines caught my eye...in particular a machine that had little hematite jewelry.  I quickly (the weird part), put a 2 quarters in without giving it any thought, and got a hematite bracelet that I put on right away and kept on and slept in.  Then this morning I looked it up and among other things it is known for being a grounding stone.  I mean, what are the odds that I would get a grounding stone from a quarter machine right when I apparently was needing it?  I find these experiences so amazing.  Cuz mostly I'm too dense to put two and two together and realize I was crashing and needed help, much less to know what would help.  Wonder who was looking out for me and shoved me to a children's trinket machine?

Weirdest thing.  I got zapped from that session.  I Saw something like her head being bashed in that I'm guessing was a glimpse of how she died in a past life and then I got this pain in the back of my head where I saw the hole in hers.  She is not aware of anything, and says she hasn't had a head injury and doesn't have headaches.  Then by about 2 p.m., I was SO tired with this ache in my skull different from a headache.  I slept for a while and was disoriented and dizzy.  Slept good last night (went to bed EARLY) and feel OK so far today.  I wasn't expecting that at all.  Things seemed to have gone really well.  I don't get it.
