The Art of Denise Stone

I saw one of Denis Stone's prints hanging on my sister's wall.  It was an image (Goddess Tree:  Transformation) that is a recurring theme in my sister's life and seemed so perfect for her.  She turned me on to the artist's website and I've really enjoyed looking through her online galleries.

I'm no artist, so I can't describe or critique her work in an informed way.  I just know I like it.  She's also from La Grande.  Go figure.  Hey, that's where I live!

  1. Can't even begin to choose. Great find on a local artist! I want one, but can't decide. I love the beloved lands collection.... and the others too. Give me an easier task....

  3. I checked this site out when something else was posted with her work in it, and I am like everyone else, too many to chose from, but I definitely wish I could afford one. I am particularly drawn to the Rock Visions group, especially "Mother Earth" and several of the horses.
